Flagship 12-month programme that has supported 177+ digital health companies since 2016. Embeds SMEs into London's NHS ecosystem via dedicated NHS Navigators, clinician engagement, workshops, and investor introductions. Companies have secured 554 new contracts and raised £166m+ during support. Named UK's top accelerator for track record (FT 2024) and top 8 in Europe for women founders. Also runs Launchpad, Generator, and Accelerating FemTech programmes.

Health Innovation Yorkshire & Humber's flagship accelerator, delivered in collaboration with 24 partner organisations. Now in its second West Yorkshire cohort (launched April 2026 at Nexus, Leeds) with 30 innovators and £4.5m backing from the Mayor's Investment Zone. Offers two free 6-month pathways: a Start-Up programme (10 days of masterclasses across 5 pillars — NHS landscape, legal, finance, networking, growth & spread) and a Scale-Up programme (workshops on funding for growth, NHS expansion, and international scaling). Innovators are linked into regional Innovation Hubs in West Yorkshire and South Yorkshire for direct NHS introductions. Also runs International Boot Camps for overseas companies entering UK healthcare.

A best-practice model (cited in the Hewitt Review) for embedding innovation support directly within Integrated Care Systems. The West Yorkshire Hub (est. 2021) and South Yorkshire Hub (est. 2019) are staffed by Health Innovation YH team members integrated within each ICB. They foster rapid adoption and spread of innovation by providing a managed conduit between innovators and NHS system colleagues, co-producing solutions around local priorities and unmet needs. Propel Healthtech innovators are linked directly into these hubs for NHS engagement.

The premier national programme for scaling proven healthcare innovations across the NHS. A 3-year fellowship providing expert mentorship from NHS leaders, national exposure, and access to funding. The 2026 cohort includes 25 new Fellows with innovations spanning prevention, elective recovery, mental health, and workforce — 18 of whom had prior Health Innovation Network support. Fellows announced at Digital Health Rewired 2026.

The MedTech Accelerator: Rapid Regulatory Support Fund (MARRS) provides up to 140 MedTech SMEs with grants of up to £30,000 to fund external regulatory guidance. Designed to help startups and SMEs navigate the complex UK regulatory landscape and accelerate safe, effective devices to market. Also identifies major technology and investment opportunities for the sector. Launched October 2024.

A 10-week late-stage Innovate UK Biomedical Catalyst Accelerator for women's health innovations at TRL 4+. Helps companies prove value, connect with stakeholders, and plan real-world healthcare testing including cost-effectiveness. The 2025–26 cohort supported 10 innovations including AI breast health screening, CBT for menopause, and biosensors for respiratory disease. Completers eligible for closed Innovate UK grant call.

A 10-week non-equity early-stage accelerator backing innovations that move care closer to patients and communities. Supports up to 10 startups per cohort working on remote monitoring, at-home diagnostics, new community care models, and digital tools easing hospital pressure. Participants gain investment-readiness support, expert workshops, tailored mentoring, and access to Founders Factory's healthtech ecosystem. Completers eligible for closed Innovate UK grant call.

A collaboration between the four northern Health Innovation Networks (NW Coast, Yorkshire & Humber, Manchester, NE & North Cumbria) supporting regional digital health firms in adoption and spread of proven innovations. The 2025 cohort of 8 innovators focuses on elective recovery and patient care. Provides named HIN support lead, co-developed value propositions, localised business strategy, and promotion to NHS decision-makers.

An intensive 4-month late-stage programme that stress-tests and validates commercialisation roadmaps for medical device ventures. Delivered by LIHE on behalf of Health Innovation Network South London, drawing on LIHE's team of 20+ experts co-located with St Thomas' Hospital. Covers regulatory, IP, health technology assessment, NHS adoption, and clinical reimbursement. Completers eligible for closed Innovate UK Biomedical Catalyst grant competition (Spring 2026).

The UK's first dedicated MedTech venture builder, now in its third year (2026 cohort starting July). A 12-month programme in two stages: Foundation (Jul–Dec, free, clinical/regulatory/governance/funding strategy) and Execution (Jan–Jun, bespoke 1-to-1 support towards due-diligence readiness). Supported by Research England, Team Consulting, Macmillan Cancer Support, Royal College of Surgeons, Meridian Health Ventures, and NHS partners (Guy's & St Thomas', King's College Hospital, SLaM). Open to UK-based companies at TRL 4+ commercialising medical devices. Focus areas: Cancer, Women's Health, Surgery, SaMD.

Offers bespoke SME support including Health Technology Assessment (via KiTEC), Regulatory Affairs & QMS to ISO 13485 (via MAISI), Clinical Translation & Governance (via SIE), and go-to-market strategy (via SEHTA). Membership-based access to King's world-leading research facilities in active implant prototyping, advanced imaging, radionuclide production, and surgical instrument testing.

A 6-month part-time programme for 10–12 King's researchers and staff transforming innovations into viable healthcare ventures. Covers medical devices, medical software, AI, and digital health. Monthly mentorship, investor showcase, and access to the King's Health Partners ecosystem.

Named the UK's top startup hub. Operates as both a venture studio (co-creating companies with corporate partners including L'Oréal, Aviva, Northwestern Medicine) and an accelerator. Provides £30K investment plus hands-on support across product, growth, fundraising, and NHS/US market pilots. Also delivers the Innovate UK Hospital to Community Accelerator.

A 6-month part-time venture building programme for Early Career Researchers from 8 consortium universities. Selects postdoctoral, PhD, and Master's talent, forms venture teams to tackle health challenges. Track record: 15 patents filed, 11 spin-outs, £7.2m raised. £5M UK Government funded.

Builds companies from scratch using a ‘solution-pull’ methodology, combining scientific knowledge with founder-type scientists. 50+ ventures launched, £500m portfolio value, £160m funding attracted.
