Offers two free 6-month pathways: a Start-Up programme (10 days of masterclasses across 5 pillars — NHS landscape, legal, finance, networking, growth & spread) and a Scale-Up programme (workshops on funding for growth, NHS expansion, and international scaling). Innovators are linked into regional Innovation Hubs in West Yorkshire and South Yorkshire for direct NHS introductions. Also runs International Boot Camps for overseas companies entering UK healthcare.

A best-practice model (cited in the Hewitt Review) for embedding innovation support directly within Integrated Care Systems. The West Yorkshire Hub (est. 2021) and South Yorkshire Hub (est. 2019) are staffed by Health Innovation YH team members integrated within each ICB. They foster rapid adoption and spread of innovation by providing a managed conduit between innovators and NHS system colleagues, co-producing solutions around local priorities and unmet needs. Propel Healthtech innovators are linked directly into these hubs for NHS engagement.
